The dates for the 2011 SRW Retreat/3 Day Educational Crop are June 2nd (starting at 9 a.m.) through June 4th (ending at 9 p.m.). We will keep the store open for cropping until midnight on both Thursday and Friday. Snacks, lemonade, tea, water, lunch & dinner are provided every day. You will also receive a goodie bag with treats from some of our vendors. Additionally, we offer 2 mini classes per day. You are not required to participate but the overwhelming majority of surveys showed that folks love the educational part of our event!
Although not technically part of the retreat, we will have classes scheduled the day before the retreat begins and the day after the retreat ends. Please allow time in your travel schedule for those add-ons. We are very busy the week before the event. If you want to stay in Texas a few extra days, I would encourage you to add days to the end of the retreat rather than during our preparation time the week before. That would allow us some additional visiting time and possibly a sightseeing tour!
